“thank you a hundred times, you have just launched me from the ‘completely unprepared’ category to the ‘sorted, expectant mother’ ...so thoughtful and it is really, really appreciated”

About us

The Natural Hamper Company was founded by Fiona Evans in January 2006. After 5 years in the corporate world Fiona decided to pursue her long-term interest in nutrition. Having studied biology at university she was able to enrol at London's renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition to study nutritional therapy from where she graduated in 2004. Eager to combine her interest and knowledge of food and health with her business insight she came up with the idea for The Natural Hamper Company

"I wanted to create a product of the highest standard and value whilst also ensuring to minimise damage to the environment."

We achieve this by paying great attention to detail and sourcing our products very carefully, taking responsibility for our actions and continually striving to exceed every customer’s expectations. Our hampers aren't just confined to food they also contain beautiful products produced by remarkable small companies - the majority of them British.

We value feedback and questions from our customers because that is how we learn and enhance our service (info@thenaturalhampercompany.co.uk)

AIMS AND ETHICS

We focus on buying from British companies with values similar to our own. To be included items have to be either organic, fair-trade, British, seasonal or preferably all of the former!

Our packaging is chosen with the environment in mind. We use bulking agents made of starch not polystyrene and the baskets they are packed in can be kept and used in the home. All cardboard is recyclable and we use recycled card for all of our printing. Where we can we stipulate the use of vegetable dyes.
