ORDERING
- Once You have placed an order we will send you an e mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.
- If you have incorrectly entered your e mail address your confirmation e mail will fail. As long as payment has been processed successfully this will in no way affect your order. Failure by Us to send a receipt confirmation e mail in no way invalidates Your offer or Our acceptance of your offer.
- Christmas orders must be placed by December 20th at the latest to ensure that your Christmas Hamper arrives in time.
PRICES AND PRODUCT DETAILS
- All prices are quoted in British Sterling.
- We endeavour to ensure that information shown on the website is as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to make changes on Our website including prices, products, and terms and conditions without any notice being given.
- If for any reason goods ordered are not available You may be offered an alternative either by e mail or telephone. We will never ship an alternative product without obtaining consent beforehand.
- Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods and are stated individually on the website.
PAYMENT
- Online Payment will be provided in a secure environment and must be made in British Sterling by one of the following credit card methods: Visa, MasterCard, or Switch.
DELIVERY
- Delivery by courier from Monday to Friday.
- All our orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, to arrive within two days of despatch. If you specify a delivery date we try our hardest to fulfil the order on that specified date however we cannot guarantee this. We will always keep you informed of the delivery status of your order.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
- We are confident that We can completely guarantee your satisfaction with our product and service. We aim to provide a high quality and personal service to each and every one of our customers and our major concern is the satisfaction and enjoyment of You our customer. In the event that You are not entirely satisfied you may return it to us, within 7 days of the date of despatch. Provided it is returned in its original packaging and has not been consumed, opened or damaged in any way then We will refund the entire purchase price including the cost of postage. If the Hamper is incomplete in any way on return we reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with that loss.
- In cases where return is due to an incorrect order from the customer or to dissatisfaction, the customer is entitled to a partial refund (full refund less postage and packaging). Goods must be returned to The Natural Hamper Company before the partial refund can be issued. Please obtain a proof of posting as We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
- Refunds will only be made back on to the card on which the Hamper was originally purchased.
- The Customer must contact The Natural Hamper Company directly to obtain the address to which the Hamper should be returned. It is advisable that a certificate of posting is obtained.

FORCE MAJEUR
- Whilst every effort is made to fulfil every order completely and on time We will not be held responsible for any failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Our reasonable control. This condition does not affect Your statutory rights.
